The Soup Club Cookbook in the press

By Courtney

We are less than a week away from the Soup Club Cookbook being available for sale! We are so excited and proud of our collections of recipes, and hope starting your own soup club will be an enriching experience.

The word is out about soup clubs, and publications are taking notice!

Clean Eating magazine selected The Soup Club Cookbook as part of their “2015 Reading List,” featured in their upcoming January/February issue.

Here is what they had to say:

“Humble and versatile, soup is the perfect dish to satisfy your hunger for a home-cooked meal. As four busy neighborhood moms explain in The Soup Club Cookbook, by enlisting the help of willing hands, you can cut kitchen time without compromising home made meals.”

Our cookbook was also featured by PopSugar, calling it a “foodie must have,” and the Tampa Bay Times were a fan of the variety of recipes the book showcases. And that is not all! Amazon selected our book as a “Best Book of the Month: Cookbooks, Food and Wine.”

Since the book was released on 1/13/2015, The Charleston Post & Courier calls our book a “tempting with savvy recipes for healthier eating.” Finedininglovers.com also took notice of our book, calling attention to recipes for soy-simmered chicken wings and potato cheddar soup.

This is so exciting! We are so thrilled with all the positive attention, and hope you all are inspired to start your own soup club!
